The Kilwinning Club of Boston was established in 1924 when a group of Scottish Masons formed a team to assist in the raising of a well known Scotsman to the sublime Degree of Master Mason.  It was sow well received that a decision was made to establish a formal Degree Team.

The Club Name was taken from the most famous Lodge in Scottish Masonry "Kilwinning Lodge Number Nothing" in Ayrshire Scotland with their permission.

In 1926 the Club received formal approval from the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts as a Degree Team.  Since that time the Club has performed Third Degrees and Installations in almost 200 different Lodges throughout the Northeast, Canada and Scotland.

Appearing in traditional Scottish Tartans and accompanied by Bagpipes, the Club is know far and wide for their excellent ritual and colorful dress.

For additional information about the Club, please contact R.W. James S. Logan, Degree Team Manager.  Or download our Application to join.
